I lost .5 lbs. So 4.5 to go! I was kind of hoping I'd lost more this past week, since I've been really sick and hardly wanted to eat anything. But then when I look back over my food log (thanks Amanda for having us keep that!!) I realize that I'm eating things like milkshakes and smoothies (not the healthy kind!) because they sit well and don't make me throw up... That might be why I didn't lose more!
Haha Steph... Not even. I'm so not ready for another one yet. I've got the worst summer cold known to man. I've been miserable for the past week. Though this morning I woke up finally feeling human, so maybe its over.
