Almost half!! Woohoo! And if I don't have it bought, paid for and in my possession, I at least have a good idea of what I'm getting so I can continue trying to find it on sale. And I can't even tell you how nice it feels to be so ahead on it for once. A lot of the time I'm a last minute shopper and that gets expensive! :D
This is the first year I actually do have a few items but that's mostly b/c the economy has turned and things I just bought anyway, I was like...you know....I Am just going to hold on to this for a rainy day....so I hope I can keep it hidden until Christmas! And I have no idea what I am getting anyone....I am just thinking about my Christmas cards a lot, that's it.
My list of who I need something for is written and mostly complete with what I am doing for them. Not a ton purchased yet. I like to do a lot of homemade gifts so a lot of the materials I need I have purchased, now I just need the time to start sewing!!
Um, none! Am I the only one?! I have a few ideas but haven't gotten that far ahead yet, we've still got several birthdays and Halloween concerts and parties to prepare for!
The only thing I've actually bought is some books and puzzles and things for my daughter, that I scored cheap at TJ Maxx the other day. But I've definitely started my lists and started pricing things out online. I don't hurry the process too much, because I really enjoy Christmas shopping!
Considering that by the time Christmas rolls around I'll be so pregnant I won't know how to move, I've been trying to get on the ball. My kids are probably 50% done and my husband maybe 20%. My goal is to be done by Halloween, but we'll see.
I'm 75% done. I tend to Christmas shop all year long (crazy, I know). The good thing about that is it's not so expensive all at once. The bad thing is I usually end up with too much.
maybe 2%
