Me, but only because I do the shopping. Before I met my hubby, I wasn't nearly as frugal. I guess that it's a tie between us. :)

Hmmm, actually my husband, but lately we are both being good. He's just never been one to spend money period, unless you count all the expensive equipment we have to buy for his business. Yuck!
He's the frugal one, but I'm catching on.
We are both frugal, but he will patch up shoes with duck tape to make them last longer. Me not so much.
Totally my husband... I'm trying though!! Its hard for me...
Me, he is very generous. He doesn't spend money on himself and he does the budgeting and tracking but I do the frugal shopping.
