    5 or 6 but before I had kids I'd say an 8.

    I would say 6 or so, definitely higher when I didn't have kids as well.

    5. I would like to be higher, but having to find a babysitter any time I want to do something without the kids makes being spontaneous harder.

    Maybe a 4? My spontaneity consists of deciding to paint the bathroom a few days before I do it. Wild huh?
