1 - No Clutter
2 - Acceptable Clutter
3 - Getting Edgy - Too Much Clutter
4 - Can't Function - Way Too Much Clutter
5 - Christmas Happened, Clutter Has Taken Over the House
I started the week at a 5 and am thankfully getting down to a 2 or 3. I'm not sure if a 1 is ever attainable. How are you doing on finding room for all of that stuff?

Hmmm... depends on who you ask. I'd say our house is a 1 or 2, Scott would say 3 or 4. Ü I think we have much different views on what clutter means.
We started the week out at a 5 (or higher) and now we're down to about a 2.5! Thank goodness we can fuction again!
Well if you ask me I would probably say 2 or 3 but anyone else that comes to my house would say a 1. I am pretty organized and love doing it! This week I helped my friends house go from a 5 to a 2!! It was great!
I would say 3!
Sounds like the Schacher Family needs to post a blog about organizing tips.
Mine tends to fluctuate between 2-3 most of the time. I want to get it to 1.
Yeah right Lindsey! I've been to your house. A 5 for you is probably a 2 to anyone else!
Our house ranges from a 2 to 4. A 2 in the rooms that I've finished cleaning out closets and junk, and a 4 in the ones I haven't gotten to yet. A 1 will simply never happen in this house. It's too small, and not enough storage space!
I am not sure that I would know what to say in an organizing post. I love going to peoples houses and helping organize. The main thing is using storage containers and baskets to make things look more organized. Also book shelves and shelves. If your poor like me just get on freecycle or craigslist and see what you can find to help organize!
sadly, we are crammed into an apartment and so it was a 4 before Christmas! Now it's a 5! Guess what my new year's resolution is!
