This is so easy! And for the get-stains-out-of-laundry-impaired Mom like me, it's perfect! I did this for Father's Day just this weekend! (don't worry, I didn't make my Dad a butterfly t-shirt, I made a BYU scrub cap for him to operate in!)
All you need is cute fabric, a cute tee, preferably one with stains that you want to hide :), stitch witchery or something like unto it, and an iron and off you go!
