New Years Resolutions

The New Year is almost here and with that comes one of my most favourite traditions- setting new goals. I tried something new last year that did not work out well at all. My hope was to set one goal a month in each of three areas and work on those three goals throughout the month. The three categories- be faithful, lay up in store and unecumber my life, were taken from this talk. I found out I was pregnant shortly into the year and while I can't blame my lack of goal setting and accomplishing on pregnancy, it certainly didn't help. I really like the idea though and I am hoping to put it back into action again this year with more success.

Christmas

Just want to know how everyone's Christmas went! What was your favourite gift you received? What was your favourite gift that you gave? Did you do any fun things to focus on the true meaning of Christmas this year? Can't wait to hear all about it.

Membrane Stripping

Have any of you had your membranes stripped as a way to encourage labour? What was your experience like? I don't know that its something I would want to have done, but I've been looking into natural ways of encouraging labour since I went to 42 weeks with my first and don't REALLY want to do that again. I'd just like some opinions, thoughts, personal experiences etc. Thanks girls!

Christmas Eve

My family of four will be celebrating with just us this year, for the first time ever. I feel like I want Christmas Eve to be extra special. My kids are 3 and 18 months. If you have fun traditions or ideas to share for Christmas Eve, I would love to hear them. I'm also curious about what people like to eat for dinner on Christmas Eve.

Hubby's stocking

Do you stuff your husband's stocking? I am looking for some fun ideas for stuffing my husband's stocking. This is kind of the first time I am doing it because in years past we have always been with family and every adult there has put something in everyone's stocking. Anyway, if you have some fun ideas, please share! Kid ideas would be fun to share, too!
