House! We don't get any TV stations... we just use our TV for watching movies. I have the first five seasons of House on DVD and occasionally we'll watch newer episodes online.
I think Lost but I have about 3 or 4 I'm watching regularly right now: Ugly Betty, Biggest Loser, Project Runway.
I watch Biggest Loser, and...(enter red face) the Bachelor!!! I'll be the first to vote it as being the most ridiculous, dramatized crap. But I'm hooked. And you would be too if you watched it. So don't...

Oh, wait, sorry. You asked my FAVORITE shows, not the shows I watch the most. You must mean the grown-up shows that I finally get to watch after my son goes to sleep! Gotcha.

And they are all on Tuesday night! Luckily we have DVR or I would cry.
Lost, Biggest Loser, Glee (even though it doesn't come back until April) and way too many more than I will admit!
I have to many that I like and it all depends on mood! We are on season 3 of lost and I am loving it. I also like Greek, Lie To Me, House, Secret Life, Greys Anatomy, Private Practice, and The Deep End. Don't judge me! I know some of these shows aren't high quality but I like them ok!
LOST of course. I have started watching Bones on dvd and it is pretty good. I like to catch American Idol. I would like to start watching Modern Family but haven't got around to it yet.
Wow, apparently I am the odd one here. Chuck, Heroes, Parks and Rec, The Office, 30 Rock. Mondays and Thursdays NBC rocks! And we sometimes watch episodes of Gilmore Girls or Friends on DVDs.
We watch the Office, 30 Rock, Parks and Rec, House Hunters and Holmes on Homes.
The Good Wife, CSI, CSI: Miami, Teen Mom, and Keeping Up With the Kardasians. Yes, I watch WAY TOO MUCH tv. Thank goodness for DVR though.
Psych and Chuck (although I'm worried that Chuck is going the way of most series and becoming too sexualized for my tastes).
We don't have reception so I just watch those online once in a while.
I have been getting #1 Ladies Detective Agency from Netflix and I quite love it!
