I sheared my pelvis in 8th grade. Not even sure if that's the right word for it, but I didn't break the bone, just sheared it off during my first and only successful time doing the splits. Sorry you had to read that.
I also chipped my elbow in a bike accident in college.
I broke both my left arm and my right shoulder. Sometimes when it rains or is really humid, my left shoulder still itches where it was broken. Weird, I know.

Neither required casts so I guess that's good!
I cracked the growth plate in my right foot when I was in 5th grade. I also broke my two front teeth in half when I was 9.
I broke my arm in 6th grade and I know I have broken a few toes over the years.

Femur when I was three.
Shoulder when I was eight.
Arm when I was nine.
Wrist when I was ten.
