Family-friendly stir-fry recipes

I am looking for some new stir-fry recipes to use with my family. They are not super picky eaters but the kids wouldn't like anything spicy. Does anyone have a recipe to share?

So glad you asked... I have the easiest and yummiest stir fry recipe... :D I saute chicken, onions and minced garlic in a little bit of olive oil and soy sauce. Then I add whatever veggies I have on hand and add House of Tsang Classic Stir Fry Sauce. It is DELICIOUS and not spicy. I don't even know how to describe the flavour, other than yummy. We had it for dinner last night... I just serve the veggie and chicken mix over rice.

The stir fry sauce can be found in the Oriental food area of most grocery stores. I've found it at Fry's (part of the Kroger/Smith's chain out here) and Walmart both. And its not expensive and goes a long way... maybe $4ish a bottle and it lasts me usually long enough that I end up throwing it away because it gets old before I use it all. :D

We have had both of these recently and loved them. You can vary the amount of spiciness to taste.

Sometimes I just buy a Fajita spice packet at the store and then I fry up the chicken in a little Karo Syrup and oil add frozen stir fry veggies and spice packet. It is tasty. My husband accidently use Karo Syrup as oil once and thats how we discovered that. it makes it less spicey and a little sweet.
