Over the Hill
So, 30 isn't technically over the hill, I know. And it isn't me. My sweet husband turns thirty on Groundhog Day and the week before that, I get to fly to Utah to spend some much needed quality time with him and I need some good ideas for his birthday. Any of you or your spouses had some good black over the hill surprises or treats? I personally think me and the little one arriving on a plane is a pretty good present but when we were living in the same state, I was going to do all sorts of fun and mischief for this momentous occasion!

No, 30 isn't over the hill (I'm that plus 10). A friend of mine had forty friends and family mail b'day cards to her husband for his 40th b'day. I thought that was a cool idea.
My hubby got his first child two days before his 30th...that was pretty darn sweet. But also, that year, I e-mailed his family, my family, and his good friends and asked them to answer about ten questions about him. I printed them out and put them in a manila envelope. He laughed and cried as I read each one of them to him. It was so awesome.
I totally love these ideas! Linz, I remember that so well--I hope I can still find your list of questions next year so I can do that for my hubby!
