We always sit next to each other!
We always sit across from each other!
We sit next to each other so we can hold hands and cuddle.

We do both... it just depends.
We sit next to each other for the reasons Chantel mentioned (so cute) but also for the very practical reason that then we can share a meal and cut our expenses in half! :)
