what's Nike+??
I second Liz&Meg's question...
Its a sensor that fits into your shoe if you have Nike+ shoes, or such as in my case, you can attach it to your shoe using a shoe pocket. It also has a piece that attaches to my iPod and it tracks how far I run, my pace and I get workout music to go with it. I'm just figuring it all out. But so far, I like it a lot!
Sounds cool, I had never heard of it.
