we printed off cute pre-made books at work this week about what our mothers "do" and they just colored them. I think our OT just googled something like mother's day craft or something for it.
you could do handprint poems (easy coloring tracing handprints or more messy paint handprints if you're really daring)...cute but maybe overdone? :) http://www.dltk-holidays.com/dad/mhandprint.html
