I've been searching for a good cookbook with frozen meals in it for a while but I have yet to find one worth buying! Does anyone have any frozen meals they could share so that I can expand my horizons?
I have used things from www.freezersmarts.com before. They have packets you can just print out with grocery lists, recipes, and even price guides. I have used some of their recipes and liked them.
I haven't eaten it yet, but they have one that takes uncooked pasta, cooked chicken, etc and is thrown from the freezer to the crockpot. We may end up changing the seasonings some once we try it, but that recipe is the one that really caught my eye on that site.
Also if you search recipezaar there are a lot of freezer meals and online cookbooks, and people leave comments on how it works for their families. I have found that handy when looking for recipes to include in a cooking day.
depending on your library they might have a few books, but each book takes a different approach to cooking, so you have to find one that works with your life. Good luck!
