I am addicted to Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. I made these cookies of hers to give away to people this year for Christmas, but we ended up eating all of them. They're just a souped up version of shortbread cookies. You can find the recipe here.

Ina Garten is the host of the show called Barefoot Contessa. She used to run a specialty food store in the Hamptons called Barefoot Contessa.
