Frizzy Hair

I am originally from Utah, where humidity is rare. Now that I live in the heat and humidity of San Antonio, I am experiencing for the first time some frizziness, but don't know how to combat it. Do any of you have suggestions? Favorite products? Anything other than the ponytail solution I am currently using?

If I don't want to have any frizziness, I have to spend some quality time with the straightener! When I don't feel like dealing with it, I use mousse or gel and just let it be wavy/curly, yet the frizz is under control. Do you have some natural curl that you can play up with mousse or gel???

I wish I had some curl. My hair is strait except for the baby hairs on my neck curl into ringlets.

I have straight hair too - zero curl! The product I use is Aveda Control Paste. You just put a little on your fingers and rub it around, then pull it through your hair. It works well for my hair! My sister used to use the Frieda Anti-frizz serum, but she has curly hair.

I love when people can play up their curl with just gel or mousse! I, too, have straight hair that won't do that.

When I had static hair in the winters, I used to use anti-frizz serum. I think mine was Redken. I just put a dime-sized amount in my hand and put it through my hair when I got out of the shower and sometimes after I dried it as well. It never looked greasy.

P.S. I'm being totally sincere when I say that I really think your hair always looks good, Chantel. And you do so many different things with it.
