Where is the worst place to be stuck waiting?

(Wow, it's going to be hard narrowing it down to one! Write a few if you need to...I hate WAITING!)

Waiting at the airport or, worse yet, on an airplane is my least favorite. This is especially so now that I have a baby.

I hate waiting at the grocery store. ESPECIALLY when there are 30-something registers and only 5 are open ... and it's Saturday Morning. I just want to pull my hair out! Also, Anywhere would be a terrible place to be stuck if my son isn't happy.

I hate waiting at a restaurant for the waiter to bring the bill, especially if you are super full! I also hate the "waiting rooms" at hospitals - you always want to be helping in some way rather than sitting and waiting for an update...

-airports anywhere-security, taxi-ing, sitting
-in a busy bathroom with all the other women when you HAVE to go!!!!
-checkout lines-especially when you see workers standing around-i'm all about self-checkouts
-traffic-minneapolis has terrible traffic in some spots and i'm not a patient driver!

Behind a train when you are in labor. This has never happened to me, but I am always afraid to be stuck in traffic when I have been in labor. The entire way to the hospital with my 2nd my contractions were exactly 2 minutes apart. I was just praying that they would not go below that.

Oh these are such good answers I just have to say "AMEN SISTAHS!"

I get really annoyed waiting at the doctor when I have a scheduled appointment. You wait in the waiting room, then you wait in a little room and you never know when the doctor will FINALLY come.

Waiting ON a plane is horrible too.

in traffic and ON a plane...it makes my daughter freak out!

I agree with ALL of the above! Especially traffic when you are on your way somewhere that you are either excited about, late for, or in hurry to get to! Earlier this week we hit a deer on our way out of town for vacation, and had to wait FOUR hours for a police report. Talk about wanting to scream....

I would definitely scream, Steph.

On a plane with a two-month-old who has just weaned from breast feeding...p.s.--did I mention your first post-labor period just started?

I also once got stuck in a dressing room at a thrift store, helping a crazy lady try bras on...it was the longest wait of my life (and a very long story).
