Not me personally but Jim Dale (the guy who does the audio books) would be in my head sometimes and I'd imagine how he'd say things! Especially "she's as nutty as squirrel poo!" :)
Fun question. Glad I landed here today and got to read your blogs. Amazing what I'm finding when I have a moment or two to look.

LOL, funny question. I have a hard time speaking in an accent, so no. Did you? Don't they say something like "gov'na" instead of "governor"?

not in general, but every once in a while I had to hear it in order for the written dialect to work.
I wanted to write gov'na but I didn't know how best to spell it out! Thanks Katie, I think I'll change the post title.
I read it in a British accent, mainly the dialogue part.
That is funny. No I dont read it with a british accent although, that would be fun.
Love the title!
I think every once in a while when it's an especially "British" phrase I will, but for the most part it's just plain American!
Man, that squirrel poo line was fab. Thanks for the reminder.
Aubs--I thought of you when I wrote that post title.
Should have had me read it--I'm from England :-)
