Ok, I didn't lose a pound yet (0/10) but I am really excited about a couple of things.

1- Kashi's Go Lean Crunch. It has tons of protein and fiber and tastes pretty good and has natural ingredients.

2- I bought "The Firm: Bootcamp" which is a workout video. It combines principles of aerobics, yoga, and weights. You don't have to have tons of coordination but it gives a great work out. I'm on day two of using it and I really love it. I get all sweaty and my heart pumping and my muscles are starting to feel it. I love all those signals that what I'm doing is actually being felt by my body.

Woo hoo - let's go girls!

I am pregnant so I don't have a weight loss amount but I would like to keep my weight gain under control and also just work on eating healthier things throughout the day. With this in mind I have stocked up on fruits and veggies and I am working on making my meals well rounded. I am also trying to cut down on fast food which I think I am doing better at. I would tell you how much I have gained so far but my scale is broken so it will have to wait until my June appointment.

Wow claire! That's great! I am also a 0/10. I think it's because we're moving, so I've been in the house packing all week... so not much exercise to speak of. I did however try the challenge. I can't say I did great, but I ate a LOT more veggies than normal! :) I was really proud of myself for that!

Claire--good for you! I'm 2/12. Hopefully I can keep on trucking!!

One thing that has worked for me is to stop eating two hours before bedtime. I used to put the kids to bed and snack like crazy--now I have a quick snack and do something else.

Thanks for the motivation, guys!!

You guys are doing so great!!! I am embarrassed to weigh in this week. It was a tough week. I gained a pound. (+1/20). I will hold off on readjusting my goal for a couple more weeks.

My main problem has been eating... there were a couple of days I went white flour crazy. Help!!!

I lost 1 lb (1/5). Honestly, I was a litte surprised because I didn't work very hard at it this week. I think the weigh ins will vary a lot depending on if you're bloated a certain week, etc. I might have gotten lucky. But I will admit, it was really nice this week to have the motivation of the challenge. There were a few times when I stopped myself from putting food in my mouth, or went for an extra run because I pictured having to step on the scales and report to you guys!
