Tracking my eating has been good... but I have felt a strong pull to anything white (flour and sugar). The week before I was doing pretty good about eating less of those, and more fruits/veggies.
I do pretty good with the exercise (at least 30 min 5 times a week).
I think I am in a slump. So I am grateful for this biggest loser to keep me on track and accountable. Seriously.
Working well... watching my portion size!! This is seriously huge for me. I can eat with the best of them! But if I'm careful and watch how much I eat, it feels like the pounds just melt off. I'm happy with the healthy choices I've made (such as drinking water with dinner tonight instead of juice or pop) and I've been SO good about not snacking late at night, which is usually a hard one for me.
Not working... I haven't been exercising the way I need to be. I've been far more active this week than normal, but I haven't been to the gym or done any cardio. I'm sure if I were to add that in, I'd have much better results and tone up, which is what I'm really after... no more flubber!!
