Biggest Loser Challenge, Week 3


Alright - this week is mental. Sit down and write yourself a pep talk - it can be as long or as short as you want it to be. Write down what motivates you to lose weight/maintain your health. Then read it to yourself once a day, more often if you feel temptation or laziness creeping in.
Next week report on how it made a difference. So... how did everyone do with the 200 minute challenge?

I did great with the challenge. I exceeded - I did 270.

Hopefully I'll see it on the scale this week...

Way to go Amanda!!! I'm absolutely EMBARRASSED to even report on last week's challenge. 36 minutes. Yup. 36 pitiful minutes. Its been a VERY rough week...

I am happy to report though, that I've found myself continuing to be very conscious of how many servings of fruits and veggies I eat every day! I think your challenge has helped me to form a new healthy habit!! Woohoo!

I did really great with the fruits and veggies last week but was on vacation this week so both challenges went out the window!
