Youth Conference
My husband and I are in charge of our ward youth conference that is in a month. We have a group of youth helping plan and some other people. We finally decided on a theme of Survivor. We are trying to think of workshops and activities to go along with it and it is not working out so well. Please help me with ideas. It is getting to be crunch time and I am going crazy. You are all creative I am sure you have ideas.

I have to admit, I don't watch much Survivor, but I know a few of the basics.
You could talk about how church basics gain "immunity" from "elimination"?
any team building challenges are good for fun and also can be tied into scriptures or gospel (scripture chases, obstacle courses, etc.)?
re-invent the "tribal council" to resemble the plan of salvation and the war in heaven, judgement, etc.?
have the kids in teams create their names and some kind of symbol kind of like at EFY where they have flags, bandanas, etc. to represent their "tribe"?
turn the tribes into tribes of Israel and bring in the "gathering of the tribes" through missionary work somehow?
