Valentine's Day is just around the corner. I was wondering if anyone has any great gift/romantic ideas to celebrate the occasion. I'm at a loss, and this is NOT a good sign since this is only our 4th Valentine's Day together! Yikes!
Valentines is ALWAYS hard for me because my hubby's birthday is the 2nd of Feb so I always feel like "here we go again!" I like 12 days of Christmas themes where you spread it out with a bunch of small things each day so that each day is a mini-valentines day.
I read about a cute idea for Valentine's dinner. One lady prepared only food that was red and pink like pink mashed potatoes, pink bread, red Jell-O, and a red tinted heart cake with pink icing. Pretty darn creative.
One time I had my hubby go on a scavenger hunt. I gave him clues that brought him to different places that were special to us (we were in college at the time). The end of the "hunt" was a picnic dinner in the park. This could be adjusted to a candlelit dinner at home in the winter! Food always goes well with the menfolk. Homemade CD's are always great too. Admittedly these are both ideas that Nate did to me first before I did them for him!

Wal-mart lingerie.
It's cheap. He's gauranteed to like it. ANd if he doesn't, well, ya know, that won't last long anyway.
