Art or Crafts?

Does anyone have any ideas for Spring/St. Patrick's Day/Easter art/craft projects to do with my 2 1/2 year old? She had a blast making Valentines for everyone we could think of, but now she keeps wanting to make more Valentines. I need some new projects so we can put away the Valentines until next year. Thanks!

Check out this site: http://www.dltk-holidays.com/

We dye eggs throughout the year because it's fun. I think you could even use your food coloring set. We have had a few extra kits around the house. I think I may stock up after Easter this year when they are on clearance. If you carefully wrap some rubberbands around your eggs, you can make white stripes.

Maybe you could do something fun with shamrocks like a shamrock necklace similar to putting flowers on a necklace if you were making a Hawaiian lei. Maybe you could make St. Patrick's day cards that has a pop-up rainbow on the inside.

P.S. For spring...perhaps tissue paper and pipe cleaners to make flowers or paint little flower pots.

Family Fun magazine has some hilarious ideas in this month's magazine...you can see their stuff online too. We will be making leprechaun traps!

This is the site Jocelyn was talking about. Its got lots of fun arts and crafts and they are categorized by holiday or season.

I'm going to *attempt* dying easter eggs with Cecelia this year. More for me than for her!
