I didn't officially join but have been working on my weight since after labor. I'm 5 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight. I've been trying really hard not to eat at night and last week I jogged 18 miles.
Wow linz, that is fantastic. Have I mentioned lately that I hate you!! Just kidding, keep up the good work. Still no change for me, but haven't been working out much at all.
yeah I am not making much progress either. I keep hoping for a breakthrough. I am working eating more fruits and veggies. Hopefully that will help my numbers move next week.
I lost another 1/2 lb. I've lost track of where I'm at right now... I just know I want to lose 5 more pounds. We've started going to the gym again, so hopefully that'll help.
And Linz- you are nuts!! That's so great that you were able to run 18 miles after just having a baby. I can't even run 1... seriously. I'm not lying.
Linz, you are amazing! (Although you better be careful Missy-I know at least three people who had postpartum hemorrhage around weeks 5 and 6!) Anyway, my newborn was a lot older than 4 weeks when I hit 5 lb within my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm sure I gained a lot more than you to start with though!
As for me, I stayed the same. (Lost:3/Goal:5). I'm actually ok with where I'm at right now. It's my pre-pregnancy weight, and the one my body tends to stay at naturally. I thought it would be fun if running more, and watching what I ate helped me lose a couple more though!
I just got the go ahead to exercise last week, so I finally started running again. (Lost:2.5/Goal:7). Linz you are totally going to beat me! I have 4.5 pounds left to pre-preg weight, but I delivered two weeks before you! Nice work!
Alright, Linz--I had my baby a year ago and I'm just now getting close to pre-pregnancy weight. Fair warning, it gets harder every time--and time #4 has not been fun! But, I'm getting there!! (Lost 9/Goal 12).
