Women's Challenge

So, what happened with our Sugar and Spice team this week ladies :)

Oh my gosh I just double-checked mine and I had put my goal in as 20 miles per day!! I edited and now it shows that I met my goal. Are you allowed to not do phsical activity one of the days i.e. Sunday? Anyone know?

I just updated mine and I made the 90% mark! Yes, you are allowed to skip a day it just won't say you logged everyday. Originally I accidentally typed my goal in as 500 steps/day :) easy, huh! :) and so I was already down for meeting my goal :) even though I'd only put in steps for two days until tonight. Now I met my goal for real! :)

I usually take a walk on Sunday.

I haven't been the best at keeping up my log. I have been pretty good at getting some exercise each day. Thanks for the reminder!!

I didn't get in on time for the sugar and spice team, but I'm doing it...and since mine is minutes and I walk to church (it's like literally in my backyard) I put down 5 minutes of activity for Sunday and get the every day points. Also...you walk around AT church...so that can give you 5 minutes too. I mean, if you even just put in 1 minute you'll get the points for everyday...and we all walk for at least one minute every day! (although...I guess I'm doing mine in minutes so you'll have to convert to what you're doing...)

Okay, I am a huge slacker. I usually go running in the mornings, but Collin was teething last week and I felt like I had a newborn again. So needless to say, morning running just didn't happen. I got 0 points. Bummer! I feel bad that I brought the team down. I think I'm going to resign. Too much pressure! :)
