Fish

I don't know a thing about fish. I don't know how to cook them or what to season them with. The only fish I know how to do anything with is Tuna. I tried fish when I was younger and I didn't like it because it was "fishy"... I'm sure there are other types of fish that aren't so "fishy" or maybe better seasonings to add. Does anyone have any good recipes/recommendations?

I love slathering almost any kind of fish (but i'm partial to salmon) with pesto and baking or grilling it. But I also like the simple flavors like butter and dill or just tons of lemon!

Sams Club (I bet Costco has something similar) has pre-packaged (individually), pre-seasoned salmon steaks. The are flash frozen (like the chicken breast we all love). You can buy six for about $12. I love it because I can pull one out for hubby and do chicken for me (I don't like fish either) and all I have to do is bake it because it is all marinated.
