I love fall in general - the smell of burning leaves, the cooler temps., the color.
The thing I love about Halloween is making spudnuts (donuts) and handing them out to the parents of the kids who come trick-or-treating. Unfortunately, nobody comes to our neighborhood so we aren't doing that this year. I'll miss making (and eating) them!
I also love how excited little kids get at the prospects of dressing up and going out after dark and getting candy. All such fun (and normally forbidden) things!
I love, love, love seeing little kids in their costumes. They are SOOOO cute!! I'm so sad b/c no one comes to our apartment for candy, so I don't get to pass it out and see the cute kiddos...but our ward is doing a trunk-or-treat, so I'll at least get to see some there!
Also, I really like carving pumpkins. AND I love all of the pumpkin desserts associated with fall. :)
My new favourite thing about Halloween was making my daughter her first Halloween costume. I had so much fun doing it and it turned out wonderfully. I'm already trying to figure out what to make for next year!
Also a huge fan of carving pumpkins. This year we did Hades, the villain from Hercules... it turned out great.
I love seeing my kids dressed up. I love my daughters pretty costumes and my son's animals costumes. It will be sad when my son wants an input into what he dresses as because lets face it there is really anthing cute about a power ranger.
I agree with loving this whole "my daughter looks so cute dressed up!" thing! It was fun to make some of her costume and try to get her excited (she's a little overwhelmed by all of the hubub!)

when we lived in Orem we'd order Brick Oven pizza for all the non-pumpkin soup eaters!
I also love anything pumpkin be it pie, bread, or cheesecake!
I also really love the opportunity to have fun and dress up as something different than yourself. I play with a community band and we have to dress up for our Halloween concert. I think it's a lot of fun to give adults an excuse to have a little fun, we don't get enough of it!
Of course, dressing our son up is a lot of fun, too!

The chance to be a kid and have fun, whether you really are a kid or an adult. It was fun to make costumes and dress up this year, I hadn't done that for a few years!
I like dressing up. Usually as something funny or unusual. I'm not one of those people (as I'm sure the rest of you aren't either) who use this holiday to dress skimpy. Plus, the nice cool weather is great!
Costumes are my favorite.
