1/2 c. flour
1 T. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
6-8 pork chops
1 family size can chicken w/rice soup
2 T. oil
Mix first four ingredients in plastic bag. Shake pork chops and then brown in oil. Put in crock pot. Pour soup over. Cook on low 6-8 hours, the longer the better.
