Stuffed Shells

1 box lg pasta shells
2 eggs
2 c. mozarella cheese
1 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. parsley
1 tsp salt
3 c. spaghetti sauce


Boil shells for 5-7 min and rinse. Mix all ingredients except for spaghetti sauce and place filling in each shell. Arrange in baking dish and pour spaghetti sauce over. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 45 min.

I've never made stuffed shells and this looks delicious! I'm definitely going to try it.

This looks yummy! Apparently Italian food is a hit with this crowd!!

I don't know why, but I always thought stuffed shells would be really hard to make, but this doesn't look bad at all. Do the shells tear easily?
