Buffalo Chicken Dip

This recipe is sure to be a Superbowl hit!

Buffalo Wing Dip
1 package cream cheese
2 cans of chicken breast meat, drained
1 whole bottle of Frank's "Red Hot" Buffalo Wing Sauce (Make sure it's that particular one!)
1/2 cup Blue cheese dressing
2 cups mozzarella cheese (Try to find the cheese with 2% milk rather than skim. It melts better.)

Spread cream cheese across the bottom of a 8x8 glass pan. Stew chicken meat in Frank's sauce for approximately 20 minutes. Then put the chicken mixture over cream cheese. Pour the blue cheese dressing over the chicken and then sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips. It's SOOO good!

* You can substitute the Blue Cheese Dressing for Ranch if you'd like. Doesn't have quite the ZING, but it's still yummy.
