I've mentioned before...I'm no chef. But this has become our must have at Girls' Nights!
Nacho Cheese Dip
1 lb ground beef
1 large regular Velveeta cheese (I forget how many lb that is)
1 small Mexican Velveeta cheese
1 jar salsa (can be mild, medium, or hot depending on your preference)
1-2 tomatoes, finely chopped
Cut all cheese into small chunks, and toss in crockpot. Brown ground beef, and add along with remainder of other ingredients when cheese has begun to melt. Serve when dip is hot and cheese is completely melted.
