Mexican Bean Dip

Ingredients:
1 can black beans
3/4 cup mexican blend cheese, divided
3/4 cup salsa, divided
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 pressed garlic cloves
2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup diced red bell pepper, divided
1/2 cup whole kernel corn

Directions:
Mix beans, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/4 cup salsa, lime juice, pressed garlic and taco seasoning mix. Spread mix in bottom of dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup bell pepper and the corn over bean mixture. Spoon remaining salsa over corn mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes and top with remaining cheese. Serve with tortilla chips. ENJOY!
