Chocolate Marshmallow Rice Krispie Dessert

1 cup butter/margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
6 tbsp cocoa
1 cup flour
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 7 oz marshmallow cream
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups chocolate chips
4 cups Rice Krispies



Cream butter and sugar, and add eggs. Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla, and salt. Spread into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min, or until done. Cool. Spread marshmallow cream on top. In sauce pan, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips. Stir in cereal, and spread on top of marshmallow layer.
