I know it's taken me forever to do this so I figured I better just sit down and do it or it'll never get done!
My name's Aubrey and I have the sweetest, most energetic 17-month old son. I love being able to stay at home with him and watch him grow into his own little person. It's amazing to me to see the things that he learns even when I don't think he's listening to me at all!
My husband, Matt, and I have been married for just over four years. Right now he is working full-time and is in school studying Computer Graphics and Web design. We live in Michigan and love it (even though I don't know why sometimes with the crazy weather!) and we plan on being here for a while. I didn't figure out what I wanted to go to school for until after we had Bauer, so I hope to go back at some point. I would like to study music. I play the flute and the bassoon and I'm slowly learning the piano. Music is one of my biggest passions and now I can't wait to study it! (I know, I'm a big nerd!)
We got married a few months after Linz and her hubby did and we ended up moving in right next door to them in a townhouse complex. I kind of knew them from the singles ward we went to but after we moved in we started hanging out all the time and it was so much fun! They're some of the greatest people that we've ever met and Texas is really lucky to have them.
Anyway, that's me in a nutshell and I'm really excited get to know more of you and get some words of wisdom from other moms!

Oh my gosh!! He is growing up so fast!!! Those curls! He is adorable, Aubs.
I am glad you are so musically inclined because those of us who are musically inexperienced (like me) will have an expert to turn to. :)
You said you lived in Michigan - are you still in the ann arbor area? My husband and I live in the ann arbor 2nd ward and love it! Just thought I would check and see if we're in the same stake.
Sorry Katie, we're in the Lansing Stake so we're not that close. :(
